I understand that my estimate may be canceled and my deposit is fully refundable if I cancel the estimate/order within 72 hours of placing my reservation, less the 8% merchant fees. From 72 hours after placing the reservation, up to 48 hours prior to my first available pickup date, my cancellation request will result in 50% refund. Any job booked within a 48 hour window of the intended pickup date is non-refundable. I understand that if I cancel my move within the 48 hour window, I am only entitled to receive a credit of my deposit for future interstate moving services to be used by the cardholder within a 12 month period from the date of cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org for supporting documentation. All refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
